An introductory article about the use of insects as food

Traditionally, different types of insects have been consumed as food in numerous countries. This consumption is  rapidly increasing. The most problematic consequence is the creation of insect farms. On these farms immense numbers of insects are confined together due to their small size. This confinement density night exceed that of other types of farms.
